Dear Karla,
Wanted to let you know the impact of your testimony on Friday and sharing on Saturday had on our women here at Calvary. I had several ladies tell me your testimony spoke directly to their hearts and showed them the level of forgiveness that they can have if they just ask Jesus to help them. Many said it was the best women's event ever!

Karla's ministry is word-centered. This is a key to who she is. She has stayed true to this value in her teaching ministry. In her character, she excels in faithfulness and true godly submission. She is well received by the women she ministers among because of her ability to understand the hard places while still speaking the truth in love.

We were privileged to have Karla share with us at a Ladies Tea. What struck me about Karla was her down-to-earth manner. She was just one of us struggling with the same imperfections we all face - and still finding hope and joy in the Lord. I came away encouraged to open my eyes to the simples things God brings to my life. She has a smile that draws you in and easily mixes with the people around her. I'm thankful my life was touched by hers.

Dear Karla,
Thank you for coming and speaking at our women's retreat this spring. I have heard nothing but raving praise about you and your messages since the retreat. You were awesome. Your message of "One of a Kind by God's Design" was perfect for where our women are right now. You were very real with them and your stories touched their hearts. I know that for some it was life changing. I especially appreciated the time you spent with each woman, talking and listening as you signed their books. The packet of information that you gave us including your artwork was very helpful. To be able to use your artwork and have it available on a CD made it so easy on our publicity team. May God bless use you to inspire and impact the women of other churches like you did ours. We love you Karla!

Karla's personal testimony given on Friday evening provided a deep look into the character that God has grown in her. She was vulnerable and allowed the women to see the pain of her past and her geniuneness. Karla provided an intimate "word picture" to describe the power of God in salvation! The following teaching sessions were well organized and biblically sound. She made sure that the principles of resting in God's Grace were made clear by use of the metaphor of a garden tended by the Master Gardener. Karla has a geniune gift in the area of teaching and leading conferences/retreats, etc. The Church of Jesus Christ is in need of hearing the grace of God presented in such an enriching and edifying way.
